after a personal build all files end up with a sticky date preventing further commits unless 'cvs upd -A' is ran. Is this a wanted a side-effect? If yes it would be nice to get an option for personal build to return the current local working copy as it is.

Personal cvs build applies a sticky date to the local cvs working directory
