It would be very nice if there was some way to specify the default tree depth to display for the tree on the left side of the screen. I am in the process of setting up agents and projects and having to constantly expand the tree to see the entry I need.

I gave this a crack today and unfortunately it turns out to be more complicated than I anticipated, primarily because the tree expansion is asynchronous and how this interacts with the initialisation of the tree. So to do this full justice, some refactoring of the JavaScript needs to be done which is a bit too risky for 2.0.x.

To help alleviate this problem on 2.0.x, however, I have added a toolbar with expand/collapse all buttons for the project and agent trees.
