In 1.2.50 I'm having the problem that the " mark for clean build" button doesn't respond. Previously it said "next build will be clean" ... but it doesn't anymore now.

Actually, although the visual feedback is missing, the marking should still work. A change was made to fix another bug which meant that the simple "next build will be clean" feedback was no longer possible. Now, Pulse tracks individually each agent that needs to be cleaned for the next build of each build specification. So after clicking the link, the build is marked clean for all agents. Later, after that specification has run on some agents, the specification will still be marked clean for the remaining agents. If the specification never runs on some agents then it will remain marked clean on them forever.
This issue does highlight the fact that clicking the link currently gives no decent feedback that something useful happened, though. It should at least indicate that it has taken effect, even though it is no longer possible to simply communicate that the spec is marked clean.
