The license key storage has been moved from the pulse.config.properties file to the internal configuration system. Currently, the jabber export still retains the license.key in the pulse.config.properties file. Whilst harmless, this can cause confusion if people try to update this directly.

Remove it to avoid this.

To go along with this, remove support in 2.0 for looking up the license from the pulse.config.properties file. This should never be required, and will only work to hide problems if they exist.
