I have resources called doc2help and 7zip which are both pulled into a pulse file using <resource>. When I do local builds they do not get defined in the environment when all other resources that have been pulled in do. This is also the case on the build server (where there is some _very_ weird behaviour with regards environment variables which I'll raise on the forum).
