Collection items should have a clone option available. A form should be shown for a few items: at least the name (possibly all items marked @NoInherit?). We should also support a "smart clone" (in fact this should be the default) that prompts for a parent template name and organises the resulting projects into a parent with all the inheritable config plus two children, one which is the original project and the other the new clone.
