moved to 1.0 release. Not necessary for 0.4

unscheduling this from 1.0.

Before we tackle this problem, we should define some solid usecases where this would be useful. At the moment, we have nothing compeling.

This is a very handy feature in Parabuild.
You can search on anything related to builds, changelist numbers, descriptions, build output and have it filtered by a date range and specific builds if necessary.
We use it frequently to determine which builds a changelist was built in.

Searching on a changelist for example might yield two results. One for the changelist itself and another for its showing up in a build log.
core-main-systest #1288 > change list #19155 by MikeSchmidt
core-main-systest #1288 > BUILD > BUILD log

If the changelist was in multiple breaking builds then we would see all the builds it was in until the final one where it finally built successfully (presumably with other changelists that fixed the problem).

Moving it into view so that it can be considered in future planning

I'm not sure if this is a compelling reason or even fits this issue, but I would like to be able to have my dashboard only show the projects with a specific status (ie broken builds). We have 150 projects configured and I would like to be able to see just the ones that are broken. This should make the server-load less as well, since you only need to send the details of a few projects instead of all 150...
